Q. Are you authorised to service my Mercedes-Benz?
A. We can provide the same level of service as a full retailer outlet. All our technical staff are trained to Mercdes-Benz standards and using us to maintain your car is no different to using any other Mercedes-Benz outlet. Europa have a 100% recomendation from their customers

Q. If Europa carry out my service will it affect my Service hisory?

A. A service carried out by Europa will continue and uphold your Mercedes-Benz service history, Europa's service stamp is Mercedes-Benz Official and it will be entered on the Mercedes-Benz National Service History register. A Service At Europa will uphold your Mobilo Life Breakdown cover
